Kendall Hanson is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Kendall is very knowledgeable about all of the ins and outs of the real estate world in Las Vegas. Kendall truely cares about her clients and has their best intrest in mind. She was responsive to all of my emails, texts and calls to her. My husband and I were very fortunate to have Kendall represent us as our agent. Her knowledge and understanding of the market and the local area was outstanding. She had the ability to present facts on any type of home questions we had from landscaping to cost effectivness. Kendall's GREAT! She found me properties to look at even before I came down to LV. The property I ended up choosing wasn't even in my top 3 that I'd found online. She updated my search file daily and paid attention to my search parameters. She was professional in every sense of the word. She made herself available even after I'd selected and bid on the property. After the bid was accepted she hooked me up with some very good and reputable contractors, pool guys and even a discount appliance retailer! We found Kendall on "Incredible Agents" after using a less than satisfactory agent to look for our Las Vegas home. We only had a short time to look at houses, find the right one and make an offer. We were looking at foreclosures and Kendall was very experienced in dealing with banks. title companies and agents working in this market. She explained the procedures, time-lines and potential pitfalls. We were moving from Texas, had sold our home there, so time was of the essence. We communicated often via e-mail before our trip to Nevada, she was aware of our requirements and she was well prepared when we arrived.
